Created as a delicious alternative to the highly processed breads so prevalent in our diets, Llewellyn worked on this loaf for 3 months. Packed with organic ingredients and handmade twice weekly with a unique blend of brown rice, tapioca and oatmeal flours filled with 5 types of seeds, psyllium husk for levity and brushed with organic maple syrup for a dark crust. Kulunki seeds add a lovely flavour to the loaf. A lighter yet solid loaf that is delicious fresh and gets even better with time. Freezes very well, this loaf is perfect for any occasion. Try it thinly sliced and toasted with chicken liver pate and pomegranate seeds.
